High 5ive was honored to receive the Joe Falls Inspiration Award from Special Olympics of Michigan. Drew’s parents, Gaylord and Chris Stanton, accepted the award on behalf of Drew and Kristin on Friday, October 9, 2015 at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
The Joe Falls Award is an annual award established to recognize an individual(s) involved with Special Olympics Michigan who has had a historic and dramatic impact on the program. This recipient(s) also represents the spirit and ideals of Special Olympics and Joe Falls through their dedication, inspiration and determination.
